Dublin IT consultancy TEKenable to create 30 new jobs

New initiative expected to generate up to 30% of revenue growth over three years as company expands workforce beyond 230 employees.

Irish tech consultancy TEKenable is set to create at least 30 new jobs over the next 12 months.

The expansion follows the launch of a new partnership programme designed to accelerate growth across cloud, artificial intelligence, automation and enterprise technology services.

“Partnerships are becoming increasingly important as organisations look for more outcome-focused technology solutions”

The Dublin-headquartered company said the initiative is expected to contribute between 20% and 30% of its overall revenue growth within the next three years through closer collaboration with cloud providers, software vendors, academic institutions and delivery partners.

The programme introduces a structured framework aimed at expanding TEKenable’s existing partner network while supporting new strategic alliances. The company said the initiative will help accelerate joint go-to-market activity, encourage co-innovation and deliver greater value to organisations pursuing digital transformation projects.

Recruitment drive

The recruitment drive will include project managers, business analysts and software engineers, reflecting growing demand for cloud, AI and automation services. The planned hires will increase TEKenable’s workforce from 200 employees today to more than 230 by mid-2027.

TEKenable specialises in AI, data and cloud solutions, helping organisations modernise and automate operations. The company is a Microsoft Solutions Partner and recently renewed its Microsoft AI Platform on Azure Advanced Specialisation accreditation. It also operates as a Salesforce consulting and implementation partner, supporting organisations across sales, customer service, marketing, field operations and business process transformation.

To lead the new programme, TEKenable has appointed Kieran Kenefick as Head of Partnerships.

Kenefick brings more than 15 years of experience in SaaS and ERP solutions, having worked across SAP, Oracle and Microsoft ecosystems. His role will focus on developing strategic alliances, strengthening relationships across cloud platforms and supporting business growth through partner-led initiatives.

Commenting on the launch, Kenefick said: “Partnerships are becoming increasingly important as organisations look for more outcome-focused technology solutions. This programme is about building strategic relationships that allow us to deliver greater value for customers across cloud, AI, automation and enterprise applications.

“As this gains momentum, it will require us to grow our team in tandem, ensuring the expansion of our service offerings comes with the same promise of consistent delivery.”

The company said the enhanced partnership model is intended to support long-term growth while broadening access to specialist expertise and emerging technologies for customers undergoing digital transformation programmes.

“There is significant opportunity to deepen collaboration across cloud ecosystems as well as with specialist technology providers and academic institutions,” Kenefick continued.

“By formalising our partnership strategy, we are creating a stronger framework for innovation, joint go-to-market opportunities, and long-term growth for both TEKenable and our partners.”
