Pure Telecom has reached a milestone in its SME-focused strategy, with its dedicated hub now providing high-speed broadband to more than 1,000 small and medium-sized enterprises across 3,000 locations in Ireland and the UK.
The Irish-owned telecoms provider said the hub, launched to strengthen connectivity for SMEs, has enabled support for over 20,000 employees, from home offices to multi-site operations.

Pure Telecom works with 30 managed service providers (MSPs) nationwide, allowing partners to integrate broadband services into their IT offerings while improving customer care.

Jonathan Long, head of Operations at Pure Telecom, said the initiative reflects the growing importance of connectivity for business operations.
“Irish SMEs need flexibility, reliability and support they can trust. That’s why we work hand-in-hand with MSPs to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring businesses can thrive no matter where they are located and what their plans for growth and scale are,” he said.
The company anticipates further expansion as demand for faster and more resilient internet connections rises. Dedicated internet access (DIA) is becoming a priority for SMEs seeking to underpin digital services such as payments and cloud systems.
Pure Telecom leverages partnerships with major carriers including open eir, SIRO, NBI, Virgin Media, Enet, COLT, Elio and EU Networks to guarantee nationwide coverage. Connectivity speeds of up to 10Gb are available, supported by a dedicated team that offers response times of under 30 seconds.
