Irish healthtech Zendra Health targets €1m turnover

Dublin-based Zendara Health reports 600% annual growth as its Navigator platform gains traction across Ireland, the UK and US.

Zendra Health, a Dublin health tech business focused on neurodevelopmental care, is on course to achieve €1m in turnover by 2026.

The growth journey will be underpinned by international expansion and strong adoption of its ADHD platform.

“We’re creating a platform designed to make mental health medication management more efficient, safer, more accessible and more accurate”

Zendra expects year-on-year growth of 600% compared with 2025, driven by demand for its medical-grade digital solution Navigator, which is designed to streamline the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD.

Improving ADHD treatment

The business was founded by Cork twins Thomas and David Coleman and is positioning itself as a fast-growing player in digital health by applying automation and AI to clinical workflows.

Its Navigator platform connects clinicians, parents and teachers, aiming to improve the efficiency and consistency of ADHD assessments and ongoing care.

ADHD affects 1 in 20 Irish children and can lead to severe long-term outcomes like depression and addiction if left untreated.

Despite effective treatments and international guidelines, many patients face poor care due to a lack of standardised clinical assessment protocols.

To solve this, Ireland’s first specialist ADHD service, ADMiRE, developed an award-winning, evidence-based protocol that was proven to reduce risk. However, the protocol was lacking in efficiency making it difficult to retrieve solid data from parents and teachers.

Enter, Zendra’s Navigator platform. By digitising the ADMiRE protocol, Navigator streamlines the entire ADHD journey from assessment through to treatment and discharge. Connecting clinicians, families, and schools, the platform actively reduces waiting times and eases the burden on patients, parents, and clinicians alike.

Now seeking investment as part of its next growth phase, Zendra Health’s technology already supports more than 80,000 paying users across public and private healthcare systems. Since officially launching Navigator in early 2025, Zendra Health has experienced expansion at an unprecedented pace across Ireland, the UK, and the US.

Growth journey

Building on this momentum, Zendra Health secured a contract with the NHS in the UK. Simultaneously, the company’s Navigator platform is now operational in the United States, within two Autism Centres of Excellence, marking a significant milestone in the company’s international growth strategy and highlighting global demand for its digital solution in mental health and neurodevelopmental care.

Zendra’s growth journey is ongoing, as founders Thomas and David Coleman just won a contract with a major psychiatric hospital – another key step in scaling the Navigator platform across large clinic environments and healthcare systems.

“At Zendra, our goal is to build software that goes beyond standard assessment into intelligent medication optimisation,” the CEO and co-founder of Zendra Health Thomas Coleman explained.

“Essentially, we’re creating a platform designed to make mental health medication management more efficient, safer, more accessible and more accurate.

“We are already seeing strong evidence-based outcomes from Navigator, with the potential to significantly improve the diagnostic and treatment journey for both children and adults with ADHD.

“Looking ahead, the real strength of the platform lies in its scalability and versatility. Navigator is a world-first medical-grade neurodevelopmental platform that is already being expanded into other conditions, including autism, with the potential to transform how mental health care is delivered globally.”
