US AI business Partsol to create 25 new jobs

Artificial intelligence player Partsol expands in Dublin as global operations scale.

US-founded artificial intelligence company Partsol plans to create at least 25 new highly-skilled jobs in Ireland this year as it accelerates international expansion from its global headquarters in Dublin.

The announcement will increase Partsol’s current Irish headcount to around 35 employees, reflecting the company’s long-term commitment to Ireland as its base for global operations.

“We’re investing in Irish talent because we believe the most important breakthroughs in AI will come from teams that are both technically brilliant and ethically grounded”

Partsol has already raised $28.6m (€25.2m) in funding and expects to double that figure by the end of 2025. The company specialises in Cognitive AI technology through its ATAI platform, designed specifically for high-stakes industries such as healthcare, law, accounting and financial services where accuracy is paramount.

Irish AI talent

“We’re investing in Irish talent because we believe the most important breakthroughs in AI will come from teams that are both technically brilliant and ethically grounded,” said Dr. Darryl Williams, CEO of Partsol.

“The calibre of expertise here is world-class, and it gives us the foundation to build not just a product, but a company that leads globally from Ireland. This is only the beginning of our hiring plans and we intend to expand next year too.”

What sets Partsol apart in the crowded AI market is its unique “AI Stem Cells” framework, which the company claims makes it the only AI firm in the world employing this technology to engineer artificial intelligence. The ATAI platform is grounded in what the company calls “verifiable truth,” drawing on four scientific pillars to ensure outputs are based on factual evidence rather than probabilistic guesswork.

The decision to relocate from the US to Ireland earlier this year reflects a strategic bet on Ireland’s regulatory environment and talent pool, according to Dr. Williams.

“Ireland offers a rare combination of regulatory clarity, scientific integrity and entrepreneurial energy. For a company like Partsol, building the future of AI, that’s not just attractive – it’s essential,” he explained.

Dr Williams emphasised that Ireland’s approach to AI regulation provides a competitive advantage rather than a constraint. “Where others see regulation as a constraint, we see it as an accelerant. Ireland’s leadership on AI and data policy gives us the confidence to innovate boldly, knowing we’re building within a framework that prioritises safety, transparency and long-term trust.”

The CEO positioned the company’s technology as addressing a critical gap in current AI systems, where errors and “hallucinations” are often accepted as inevitable byproducts.

“The future of AI shouldn’t be left to chance or unchecked experimentation. It should be built with intention, in places that value both innovation and responsibility. That’s why we’re proud to call Ireland home,” Dr. Williams said.

Partsol’s Cognitive AI technology goes beyond conventional pattern recognition to achieve what the company describes as true understanding, differentiating between coincidence and causation. The system continuously adapts to new information, refining its insights as conditions change rather than relying on static datasets.

The AI Stem Cells technology represents what Partsol calls “undifferentiated computational core models” designed to adapt and evolve into specialized solutions across multiple domains. Unlike traditional AI models that focus on linear tasks, these AI Stem Cells can transform based on specific scientific contexts, making them highly flexible for handling diverse challenges.

Partsol Global is headquartered in Dublin and operates as a subsidiary of The Partsol Group, based in Tampa, US. The company targets organisations in financial services, legal teams, and healthcare organizations that require forensic-grade precision in their AI-driven decision making.
