Org Group invests in award-winning tech firm HappyPath Labs to strengthen CX capabilities.
Irish multinational professional services firm Org Group has acquired a minority stake in HappyPath Labs, a fast-growing technology company recognised as Best Start-Up at the 2025 National Enterprise Awards.
The strategic investment is aimed at enhancing Org Group’s customer experience (CX) proposition and accelerating innovation across its global operations.
Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Clonakilty, HappyPath Labs develops advanced cloud-based contact centre technologies, including AI-powered solutions that improve customer and employee experiences.
Sparkle and shine
The company’s flagship platform Fizz launched earlier this year, uses AI analytics to evaluate customer interactions at scale, providing actionable insights that support performance, compliance and experience optimisation. Fizz is platform-agnostic and designed for use across regulated and unregulated industries.
Org Group, which employs over 3,000 people across 19 offices in 13 countries, specialises in organisational engineering. Its services focus on aligning talent, technology and customer experience to help clients evolve and grow. The partnership with HappyPath Labs builds on a prior collaboration during the beta rollout of Fizz.

HappyPath Labs was founded by Dave Hayes, Gavin Coakley and Denis McCarthy, experienced professionals in operations, IT and software development. The company serves clients across telecommunications, utilities, financial services, healthcare and logistics, and is an accredited Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner.
