Dublin-based company DASH Leaders introduces bite-sized, personalised leadership development platform and prepares for international scale-up.
DASH Leaders has officially launched its new leadership development platform, offering organisations a practical, on-demand approach to building leadership capability at pace.
Based in Dublin, the company is positioning its edutainment-led model as a response to how modern leaders learn, perform and develop under pressure.
“Leadership capability is the single biggest growth constraint in scaling businesses”
Founded by leadership specialist and former senior executive Maria Langan, DASH Leaders is designed to help organisations develop high-potential leaders faster through short-form content, personalised learning pathways and real-time progress tracking.
The platform combines behavioural insight with practical tools that leaders can apply immediately in their day-to-day roles.
For strong performers
“Leadership doesn’t happen in theory, it happens in real time,” Langan said. “DASH was created to give ambitious leaders practical tools they can apply immediately, driving stronger performance when it matters most.”
The launch marks a full-circle moment for Langan, who returned to Core, where she began her career more than 20 years ago, to film a series of premium platform videos. Core’s Windmill Lane headquarters served as the backdrop, with contributions from senior leaders including CEO Aidan Greene and Nicola Gillen, who feature throughout the content.
At the heart of the platform is the DASH Framework, a leadership model refined over several years through research and real-world application. The framework focuses on four core pillars: Drive, Ability, Social Skills and Happiness. Together, they are intended to reflect the behaviours and capabilities required for sustainable, high-impact leadership.
The experience begins with the DASH Score, a psychometrically informed assessment that provides leaders with a snapshot of their capabilities across 15 core categories aligned to the four pillars.
Based on the results, users unlock personalised development pathways tailored to their strengths and priorities. These pathways are supported by bite-sized expert insights, structured reflection prompts and progress tracking designed to reinforce behavioural change over time.
For organisations, the platform provides dashboards that offer visibility at both individual and cohort level. This allows leadership teams and HR functions to track capability, engagement and development across departments and leadership populations, supporting a more targeted and measurable approach to leadership development. Where additional support is needed, DASH Leaders also offers group coaching, live workshops and tailored enterprise solutions.
The platform’s design reflects broader changes in workplace learning preferences.
Recent research from Learnovate, the technology centre at Trinity College Dublin, found that traditional approaches to workplace learning are increasingly out of step with how people consume information. The study highlighted the effectiveness of short, varied formats that allow learners to control their pace and pathway. DASH Leaders has been built with these behaviours in mind.
Female-led leadership
DASH Leaders is powered by a female-led leadership team with experience in leadership development, business strategy and scaling digital businesses. Langan is joined by Chief Growth Officer Katie Molony and Director and Strategic Advisor Danica Murphy. Together, the team is focused on expanding the platform’s reach across organisations and international markets.
“Leadership capability is the single biggest growth constraint in scaling businesses,” Molony said. “If your leaders don’t evolve, your company stalls. DASH is designed to remove that bottleneck, giving ambitious organisations the structure, clarity and momentum to grow.”
Murphy highlighted the platform’s focus on behavioural consistency. “Leadership performance comes down to consistent behaviours, not just capability,” she said. “DASH gives leaders a clear way to focus on what matters and strengthen how they lead.”
DASH Leaders is targeted at C-suite executives, heads of department, functional leaders and high-potential talent operating in increasingly complex roles. The platform is positioned as both a development tool for individuals and a capability-building system for organisations looking to scale effectively.
Following the launch, the company is entering a strategic capital-raising phase to accelerate product development, enhance its data and personalisation features and support international expansion. DASH Leaders has been supported to date by Enterprise Ireland, including Pre-Seed Start Funding, and by its Local Enterprise Office, which enabled early platform refinement and market validation.
The current funding round will support team growth and targeted market entry across the UK, APAC and North America.
“We’ve built DASH on real experience, leading teams, scaling businesses and delivering results,” Langan said. “We’re focused on building better leaders, faster.”
