Irish firm CubeMatch expands in India

CubeMatch to create 50 new jobs in Chennai as it expands the development and test centre to support global requirements.

Dublin-headquartered change management business CubeMatch is to create 50 new jobs in Chennai, India, bringing its total global headcount to 450 in the next 12 month.

Leading the change

The business offers consultancy, resource augmentation and managed services enabling change programmes to be embedded in their clients’ businesses.  CubeMatch has experts in strategic change, business and digital transformation, risk and compliance, data and technology, quality assurance, managed services, business change, compliance and financial crime. 

Santhosh Kumar has now been appointed CEO at CubeMatch-Claritaz while Mohan Thilak heads up a group role for Business Development for the Asia Pacific area including Australia and New Zealand.  Santhosh will lead the team which will strengthen its offshoring and managed service capability.

The 50 new jobs will be created over the next 12 months to serve International clients and will include Dev/Ops and Automation engineers, .NET developers, Angular developers, SAP and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) specialists.

CubeMatch clients span major global financial institutions including Bank of Ireland, Rabo Bank, ABN AMRO, AIB, Ulster Bank, BCM Global, Commerzbank, Mars Capital, PTSB, Deutsche Bank, Nat West, BNP Paribas, Mizuho and UBS.
