Tullamore-based human capital group acquires specialist HR consultancy Eos Talent to strengthen recruitment and advisory capabilities.
Allpro People Group has revealed plans to create 30 new jobs over the next three years as it expands its operations in Ireland and the Middle East.
The business describes itself as Ireland’s only end-to-end human capital solutions company, with businesses spanning recruitment, workforce solutions, AI and technology search, accommodation services, outsourced HR and specialist HR talent advisory.
“HR is no longer a back-office function. It is central to growth, transformation, culture, retention and business performance”
The group’s portfolio now includes Allpro Recruitment, Zylo Talent, Accom Assist, Carter Finch, HRconsultants.ie and Eos Talent.
“This is a significant growth announcement for Allpro People Group. We are creating 30 jobs over the next three years as we expand across Ireland and the Middle East, and we are continuing to build a group of specialist businesses that support employers at every stage of the people lifecycle,” said Gareth Fleming, CEO of Allpro People Group.
Responding to demand
“Allpro People Group grew from Allpro Recruitment, which started in Tullamore ten years ago and this announcement shows the scale of what we are building,” said David Gleeson, founder of Allpro People Group.
“Our focus is on bringing together specialist businesses that create long-term value for clients, candidates and our teams. The demand we are seeing is broad, and employers increasingly need joined-up support across recruitment, HR, workforce planning, executive search and people advisory.”
The planned recruitment drive will take place across the wider group as it scales its operations and services in Ireland and international markets, particularly in the Middle East.
The Tullamore-headquartered business has also confirmed the acquisition of Eos Talent, the specialist HR recruitment and talent advisory consultancy founded by Emma Anglim, in a move designed to strengthen its specialist HR offering.
“Eos Talent has always been focused on quality, delivery and long-term partnerships,” Anglim said. “Joining Allpro People Group allows us to continue that work with greater scale and support, while maintaining the specialist, human-centred approach our clients and candidates expect.
“HR is no longer a back-office function. It is central to growth, transformation, culture, retention and business performance. Organisations need access to exceptional HR professionals, and this move positions us to support that demand more effectively across Ireland and internationally.”
Gareth Fleming added: “We will only bring value-add businesses into Allpro People Group, and Eos Talent is a clear example of that. Emma Anglim has been one of the top HR recruiters in the country for the past decade and has built an exceptional brand with Eos Talent.
“Emma is also an advisor to the HR community in Ireland and abroad, which makes this acquisition strategically important for us. As demand grows for HR talent at every level, including fractional HR managers and senior people leaders, Eos Talent gives the group a stronger specialist platform in a critical area of the market,” Fleming said.
