Strategic move strengthens tech recruitment capabilities in Germany and US markets.
Cork-headquartered Org Group has acquired technology recruiting specialist Venturi in a strategic move that expands the Irish multinational’s reach into Germany and the United States.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The acquisition significantly enhances Org Group’s technology talent services portfolio and complements its existing advisory capabilities in digital transformation and organizational design.
With this deal, the company, which already employs over 3,000 people across 10 countries, strengthens its position in key European markets including Germany and the UK.
Venturi, known for connecting elite talent with innovative companies in specialized digital disciplines, will retain its leadership team including founder Brad Lamb.
The Manchester-headquartered firm, with additional offices in New York and Düsseldorf, has built a strong reputation in data analytics, software engineering, ERP and CRM recruitment.
“Through our investment in Venturi, we are expanding our market presence and opening new avenues for our clients to the essential human capital they rely upon to thrive and succeed in competitive industries around the world,” said Seb O’Connell, chief executive of Org Group.
Hiring for tech-driven change
The acquisition is particularly strategic for Org Group’s advisory services division, which focuses on workforce technology enablement and organisational design for technology-driven change. Industry analysts note this move comes as demand for specialised tech talent continues to rise globally.
“This partnership represents a powerful alignment of shared values and ambition,” said Brad Lamb, Managing Director of Venturi. “Together, we are uniquely positioned to unlock new opportunities for talented people and industry-leading clients, creating market impact and value in key technology growth sectors.”
Org Group operates several subsidiaries including global talent services firm Morgan McKinley, business process managed services company Abtran, and advisory firm Org Advisory. The company specialises in organisational engineering through people, processes and technology, helping clients navigate rapid technological change and shifting market dynamics.
