Start your day with a difference. Network over a healthy breakfast in the picturesque Malahide Rugby Club while picking up tips on how to improve your wellness at work.

A collaboration between two local businesses, Health By Orla and, this is the first in a series of ‘Wellness at Work’ seminars in the Fingal area. 

Event details

The event with start at 7:30am with networking over a healthy breakfast, followed by a talk on ‘Taking control of your day’ by productivity consultant Moira Dunne.

At 8:20am nutrician practitioner Orla McLaughlin will give a 20 minute talk on ‘Eating for a healthy mind’, and the event will then finish with a Q&A session.

Orla McLaughlin

Orla is a registered nutrition practitioner who works privately with clients on a one-to-one basis (online and in-person) and empowers them to make life-changing food choices through personalised nutrition programmes. Her business is called Health By Orla.

During Orla’s eating for a healthy mind talk, you will learn about the RIGHT foods for improved mental wellbeing; how stress plays a part in fatigue and apathy and how proper sleep is one of the fundamental principles to better health.

Moira Dunne

Moira is a business consultant who specialises in productivity in the workplace. She helps people work with less stress and get more done through productivity coaching, training and seminars. Her business is called

Moira’s talk will teach you how to value and protect your time so you can stay focused on what’s important and get more done with less stress.
