HRLocker embarks on an ambitious scaling strategy after raising €2m.
Lahinch, Co Clare, business HRLocker is planning to hire 50 new staff over the next two years.
The news comes on the heels of a recent €2m fundraise.
“Organisations want their HR people focused on higher, more business-critical activities that align with company-wide strategies and promote diversity, inclusion and belonging, not spending their time on form-filling and data entry”
HRLocker’s recruitment drive will see the digital HRIS platform provider more than double its existing 50-strong team as it fills roles across all operations, including product development, sales, and marketing.
A Clare champion
HRLocker is a cloud-based HR software service that digitally transforms people management and recruitment. HRLocker’s SaaS solution makes the management of office-based, remote, and distributive workforces possible. HRLocker is a Deliberately Developmental Organisation (DDO) with adult development at the heart of everything they do.
The increased workforce will drive the company toward its goals of breaking ground in new international markets, expanding the product offering, and growing the core customer base in Ireland and the UK.
Under the leadership of CEO Adam Coleman, the HRTech provider has doubled its workforce since 2021 without any external capital.
Since the pandemic, which accelerated the digital transformation of HR, HRLocker has experienced an unprecedented upturn. The platform, designed for SMEs, manages the entire employee lifecycle. Automating many administrative elements of Human Resources workflows like HR and Payroll reporting, it prides itself on being the only GDPR-compliant HR software solution employers need.
“As flexible, remote and hybrid working becomes the norm, technologies that enhance employee experience and maximise engagement are in greater demand,” said Coleman.
“Organisations want their HR people focused on higher, more business-critical activities that align with company-wide strategies and promote diversity, inclusion and belonging, not spending their time on form-filling and data entry. The expansion of our team means we can continue to deliver these tailored solutions so businesses can manage and engage their people at scale, regardless of location.”
