A total of 127 new homes will be delivered in Kinnegad by Moylough Developments, with Corcom acting as development manager.
Bank of Ireland has committed €10.9 million in development finance to support a new 127‑unit residential scheme at Chapel Park, Kinnegad, Co. Westmeath which is scheduled for completion in October 2028.
The development is designed to appeal primarily to first‑time buyers, with all private units priced at Help‑to‑Buy eligible levels.
“Supporting housebuilders in delivering high‑quality, sustainable homes remains a core priority for Bank of Ireland”
Expanding the supply of high‑quality, sustainable housing remains a strategic priority for the Bank, and this transaction provides an opportunity to support Corcom as they scale their business.
Designed for modern, energy‑efficient living, the homes reflect the shared sustainability goals of Corcom and Bank of Ireland. Each unit will reach a minimum BER A rating, cutting energy costs and environmental impact.
Sustainable housing
The scheme represents a low‑impact, environmentally responsible development and aligns with Bank of Ireland’s ambition to support the delivery of 30,000 new homes nationwide by 2028.
“We are delighted to support Corcom on this transaction and look forward to building a strong working relationship with them,” said Brian Gaffney, Head of Residential and Development Finance at Bank of Ireland Corporate & Commercial Banking.
“Supporting housebuilders in delivering high‑quality, sustainable homes remains a core priority for Bank of Ireland. Developments of this nature are vital in meeting ongoing housing demand while creating long‑term social and environmental value.”
