Diverse digital disciplines

Prosperity Digital Recruitment’s Digital Centre of Excellence in Barcelona focuses on a diverse range of digital disciplines, including Digital Media (Performance and Social), Data Analytics, UX, UI, Tech, and Animation.

Recognising a substantial talent gap in the Irish market, Prosperity Digital Recruitment has in the past year strategically expanded its operations to Barcelona, a city known for its rich pool of digital expertise.

Prosperity is actively building a curated talent pool of English-proficient candidates.

Barcelona is the biggest digital hub in Spain right now, with more than 110.000 professionals in the digital sector, according to the Mobile World Capital Foundation.

Gary Mullan, managing director at Prosperity Recruitment, says there are compelling reasons why Barcelona serves as an ideal hub for our Digital Centre of Excellence.

“Not only does the city boast a wealth of digital talent, but it also offers an attractive lifestyle and affordable accommodation, making it an enticing location for professionals to thrive.”

“Operating out of the newly inaugurated Norrsken office, strategically situated on the picturesque Barcelona beachfront, Prosperity’s team is immersed in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The modern facility reflects the company’s commitment to providing an exceptional workplace experience, fostering a sense of community, and encouraging work-life balance.”

Emphasising the importance of a physical workspace, Mullan noted: “We’ve discovered that having a dedicated place to work removes the sense of isolation that remote employees sometimes experience. Our goal is to bridge the gap between full independence and the benefits of working in a vibrant office setting.”
