Managed services provider IT.ie targets €20m turnover by 2029 following acquisition and investment in cybersecurity, compliance and AI services.
Irish managed IT services company IT.ie is investing €3.5 million in a major expansion programme that will create 50 new jobs over the next three years as it opens a new headquarters in Dublin.
The company said the investment will support growth in cybersecurity, regulatory compliance and AI-enabled technology services, with plans to increase its workforce from 60 to 110 employees by the end of 2029.

The news coincides with the opening of IT.ie’s new 12,000 sq ft headquarters at Dublin Airport Logistics Park, a move designed to provide capacity for its growing team and customer base.
The expansion forms part of an ambitious growth strategy that will see the business target annual revenues of €20 million by the end of 2029, up from approximately €11 million today.
Demand for cybersecurity and compliance expertise
IT.ie said demand for cybersecurity expertise and compliance services continues to grow as organisations respond to evolving technology requirements and the widespread adoption of artificial intelligence. The company believes businesses require greater support in managing cybersecurity risks, regulatory obligations and AI governance.
The jobs programme will span a broad range of disciplines, including technology, sales, marketing, finance and service delivery.
The growth announcement comes more than a year after IT.ie acquired Abacus Systems. The integration of the two businesses has now been completed, with all operations brought together under the IT.ie brand. The company said the acquisition has strengthened its capabilities in highly regulated sectors and enhanced its cybersecurity and compliance offering.
Speaking at the launch, Eamon Gallagher, CEO and founder of IT.ie, described the expansion as a significant milestone for the business.

The company indicated that while the newly announced jobs will be driven by organic growth, further acquisitions remain a possibility as part of its long-term strategy.
