Dublin digital transformation firm TEKenable is to invest €1m in its cloud practice, resulting in 60 jobs being created over the next two years.

The expansion will bring the company’s headcount to 110 people.

TEKenable is experiencing rapid growth and last year the company created 25 new jobs to cater for new contract wins and major Brexit projects.

One of the biggest influences on success is having the right team for the job

This latest expansion will see a €1m investment in its team to support the company’s cloud-based Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practice.

Turning legacy systems into digital platforms

TEKenable implements the Microsoft Dynamics platform for companies with the aim of streamlining the journey to become digital businesses that deliver better experiences to their customers and empower employees to do their best work.

This platform is a low-code, cloud-based software framework spanning data capture, business process flow, reporting, integration, security and digital workspace. TEKenable ensures that the latest technology innovations work with companies’ existing legacy systems.

“We give customers the ability to run cross departmental business processes that are not constrained by existing legacy systems so they can reduce costs, gain efficiencies, and innovate faster, explains Nick Connors, managing director of TEKenable.

“One of the biggest influences on success is having the right team for the job.  Executing a successful Dynamics implementation requires a strong team made up of various organisational and technical skill sets.  Within two years we expect to more than double our workforce to 110 people.”

Established in 2002, TEKenable has global reach with operations in Ireland, the UK and the United Arab Emirates, with expertise across healthcare, financial services and the public sector. The company currently employs 50 people.

The new jobs will be in the areas of solution design, software development, business and cultural change consultants, sales and marketing and support.

TEKenable has won the Technology Business of the Year Award for the second year running and was listed in the Deloitte Fast50 and won the Deloitte Impact Award 2019.
