Startup Weekend Social Inclusion comes to Dublin this month and tickets are selling out fast.

Supported by LEO Dublin City, Techstars Startup Weekend Dublin is back, with the all new theme of social innovation.

This is a 54-hour event designed to provide superior experiential education for technical and non-technical entrepreneurs, as they come together to build startups which will be centred around creating innovative solutions to financial, social and environmental issues. Run by a diverse team of organisers including Emily O’Gorman, Daniel Kyne and Sinead O’Keeffe, the event will be a hub of innovation where students, entrepreneurs and experts alike will be given the opportunity to start a business with nothing to lose.

Beginning with Friday night pitches and continuing through ideation, business plan development, and basic prototype creation, Startup Weekend Social Innovation culminates on Sunday when teams present their ideas in front of a panel of thought leaders from a variety of industries in Ireland who will award teams based on business model and customer validation.
