As part of our series on how to ‘buy Irish’ online for Christmas 2021, here are 20 Irish health businesses to check out for festive gift ideas.
For the larger part of two years Irish businesses have had to run the gauntlet of Brexit and Covid-19 lockdowns and this led to a growing desire among the Irish public to buy locally online as well as offline.
This led to many businesses who weren’t already online embracing e-commerce as a way to increase their reach and stay open.

A new report commissioned by Sligo-based digital company Dmac Media, examined the Christmas shopping habits of 1,000 Irish consumers. It revealed that an average of 58pc of Irish adults are planning on gift shopping with Irish retailers this year.
Around 39pc of all adults anticipate spending 70 to 100pc of their Christmas gift shopping with Irish retailers.
